Where can I contact you?
The fastest and easiest way to contact us is through the contact form or by emailing email@example.com. Messages coming from this form are our top priority.
When will my order ship?
Orders for Ctrl-T Ice Caps will ship Q1 2024. We will release a more precise estimate after group buy/pre-order period is over.
Will returns be accepted?
We will be accepting returns within 7 days of receiving the item. Use the contact form to contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience any issues with your items. Check our refund policy for more details.
Can pre-orders be canceled?
Yes pre-orders can be canceled up until January 1st. Due to the nature of group buys / pre-orders we are unable to accept cancelations after January 1st.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
Do I need to pay Duties and Taxes?
Yes. We do not cover duties and taxes. Please note that orders shipping outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or other charges not included in your order total. These charges will have to be paid for by the recipient upon arrival. To determine what these additional costs will be, please check with your country's customs office.
Will Ctrl-T Ice Caps come back in stock?
This will be contingent upon customer feedback and pre-order sales.
Will Ctrl-T 'Deep Sea' come back in stock?
Most probably no.
What is your processing time?
In most cases our processing time will be 1-3 business days. With pre-orders this means that once the pre-order items are manufactured and sent to our fulfillment warehouse, we will ship out your items within 1-3 business days.
Where can I find updates for my order?
In the updates page of our website we will be sharing any news on the group buy as soon as possible. You can also follow our Instagram and X @ctrltkeys for updates there.
What is a Pre-order?
This is when payments are collected ahead of time to fund the production run of the product. Once the pre-order period ends, a bulk order with the amount of units sold is sent to the manufacturer. This process typically goes through 5 stages; pre-order sales, sampling, manufacturing, shipping, fulfillment. We have already gone ahead and done the sampling of our product so our process will be a little faster.
What happens if my package is lost?
Please contact us through the contact form or by emailing email@example.com asap if you have problems with package delivery. If the package cannot be recovered we will issue an immediate refund.
Can I get my lost package replaced?
We cannot guarantee a replacement as of now due to the nature of group buys. If we have extra stock then you may request a replacement.
Is your checkout secure?
Our website and checkout is powered by Shopify. We can assure you that you will have a smooth checkout experience.

We are located in Sacramento, California in the United States. Our fulfillment warehouse is located in Lombard, Illinois.
